Inspired by the classic dessert, this cocktail brings together smooth vanilla, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon for a creamy, indulgent experience. Crafted in collaboration with KGN Mixology, it’s a perfect fusion of sweetness and sophistication.
Ingredients (Serves 2):
1 1/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz vanilla vodka
3 oz Hôebeek Vanilla Liqueur
1 tsp turbinado sugar
Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Caramel heavy cream
Ice cubes
Equipment Needed:
Cocktail shaker
Strainer
Martini glass
Mini torch
How to Make It (Step by Step):
Pour simple syrup, vanilla vodka, and Hôebeek Vanilla Liqueur into a shaker filled with ice.
With a mini torch, burn the turbinado sugar until caramelized and swirl it into the shaker.
Shake well for 10-12 seconds.
Strain into a caramel-drizzled martini glass.
Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
