Inspired by the classic dessert, this cocktail brings together smooth vanilla, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon for a creamy, indulgent experience. Crafted in collaboration with KGN Mixology, it’s a perfect fusion of sweetness and sophistication.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1 1/4 oz simple syrup

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka

  • 3 oz Hôebeek Vanilla Liqueur

  • 1 tsp turbinado sugar

  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)

  • Caramel heavy cream

  • Ice cubes

Equipment Needed:

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Strainer

  • Martini glass

  • Mini torch

How to Make It (Step by Step):

  1. Pour simple syrup, vanilla vodka, and Hôebeek Vanilla Liqueur into a shaker filled with ice.

  2. With a mini torch, burn the turbinado sugar until caramelized and swirl it into the shaker.

  3. Shake well for 10-12 seconds.

  4. Strain into a caramel-drizzled martini glass.

  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
